Grow your career and help others grow through the PMI Austin Mentorship Program. Each cohort creates structured mentoring relationships focused on career growth, leadership development, and technical project management. 

Program Details 

Participants are matched by experience, goals, and areas of focus. Each cohort includes a kickoff, regular mentoring sessions, a midpoint check-in, and a program close. Formats may be one-to-one or small group. This program is for PMI Austin Members in good standing.
