Winnie Lam

President Elect - 2025

When I first volunteered as VP of Professional Development, I had yet to learn what to expect from the organization or how much I would gain from participating. However, the experience exceeded my expectations, helping me grow professionally and as a servant leader. Collaborating with my team and learning from chapter mentors has been invaluable. This journey has inspired me to serve as President-Elect, where I can help current members access those same growth opportunities. My focus will be recruitment, member retention, and creating meaningful experiences that ensure everyone feels a sense of self-improvement in each lunch and learn and chapter meeting. I also believe in the power of peer learning and will work to increase networking opportunities, helping members connect and thrive together.
