My Project Hell: A Path Out

Ever want to run screaming out of your project hell?

Need practical solutions for current project hot spots?

Wish you could hit an "easy button" when project dilemmas surface?

If you said yes, then you’re ready for something different. Something that includes real learning that you can use right away to get through project stumbling blocks and rough patches.

Join Paul and Kelly in this webinar for some fresh thinking and practical approaches to project misfires, breakdowns, and trouble spots as they help other project managers dowse the flames of their current project hell. They’ll also show you how to make your project success factors the centerpiece of your project planning – moving away from the useless and generic to a more dynamic way of setting your stakeholders up for positive project outcomes.

Who is this for? Project managers in all phases of their career like to stay curious and are open to learning from others and their experiences.

Participants Key Take-Aways from this webinar:

  • Increased awareness around where project issues originate and how to prevent them in your projects.
  • Real-life, practical solutions to make your own project management practice noticeably better.
  • Project success factors are less lip service and checking boxes and more useful and meaningful to the project stakeholders and their organization.
