Presentation Title:"Practical Agile - Tips, Tricks and Workarounds"

All Projects, Programs and Portfolios have predictable and adaptable components. Simply sticking to a prescriptive approach or process that seemed to have worked for years or choosing a new, shiny, adaptive framework, tool or practice for its namesake does not ensure value delivery and success

We’ll discuss how to tailor, combine and apply several approaches and frameworks from a practical point of view.

Speaker: Ram Dokka, PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CBIP, SSBB
