In this PMI Austin Chapter Meeting, Edwin Sequeira will introduce attendees to his creative four-layer Personal Operating System (Capture, Context, Retrieval, and Generation) for their own work. Using an anonymized case study, attendees will learn how to set up a governance screen addressing data sensitivity, verification burden, and reversibility. Over the session he will cover how to identify tasks suitable for AI assistance, what you should ideally keep manual, and how his early experiment versions that led to eventual success.

Attendees will leave with the ability to create their own 30-day experiment that will teach them to spend less time reconstructing information and more time making sound decisions.

Speaker Bio:

Edwin Sequeira is a Principal Product Manager at Kizen, an Austin-based B2B software company, where he builds AI-powered products that automate critical workflows across industries including healthcare and financial services. With more than 20 years of experience spanning product management, operations, engineering, and organizational leadership, Edwin brings a broad experienced perspective to technology and project work.

While onboarding into a new product, domain, and toolchain, Edwin developed a Personal Operating System to organize fragmented work contexts and support recurring product and project-management workflows with AI. This innovative approach transformed how he personally prepares requirements,

reviews tickets, synthesizes research, and contributes to strategy. His presentation will share both successes and teachable prototyping to help Project Professionals apply AI thoughtfully within their own tools, organizational policies, and risk tolerances.
