Your next career opportunity may not be posted on a job board.

In this virtual PMI Austin Lunch & Learn, Marty Gilbert will share practical strategies for marketing yourself to companies with — and without — advertised positions that match your goals. You’ll learn how to clarify your personal brand and value proposition, identify opportunities in the “hidden job market” and build a targeted campaign that gets your experience in front of the right people.

Drawing on more than 18 years of experience helping professionals land new career opportunities, Marty will show you how positioning, packaging, messaging and targeting can change the way you approach your job search.

You’ll leave with practical ways to better communicate your value, connect with target companies and create opportunities beyond traditional job postings.

You’ll learn how to:

· Develop a personal branding statement and value proposition

· Access the “hidden job market” and uncover opportunities beyond advertised positions.

· Build a targeted marketing campaign to connect with companies and key influencers.
