Presentation Title: Engaging Teams in the Virtual Communication Era
In this COVID driven era, as much as we need to isolate ourselves physically to protect the lives of those around us and ourselves, we must also communicate and collaborate with our teams and stakeholders to ensure project results. Given the global impact of our products and team dispersion, communication must be managed at a “glocal” (global and local) level.
This interactive session will provide insights and explore the key success factors that enable project managers to make Zoom / Teams / Hangouts powered project environments a success.
