Bharat Kotabagi

Bharat Kotabagi is a distinguished leader in Engineering and Program Management with more than 12 years of expertise in electrified powertrain, autonomous robotics, and PLM solutions. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI and a Master of Science in Engineering in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan. 

Bharat's mission is to transform challenging business goals into reality by expertly leading and managing complex engineering projects. His deep understanding of both business and technology allows him to design, develop, and integrate engineering processes, particularly in thermal, structural, electrical, and controls software integration. 

He is a trailblazer in creating digital transformation roadmaps that push the boundaries of interactive automation. Additionally, Bharat is skilled in developing lean business processes that drive and scale commercialization efforts. 

Known for his innovative leadership, Bharat excels in strategic decision-making and creative problem-solving. He is dedicated to developing and launching engineering solutions that are optimal, sustainable, customer-centric, and reliable.

    • Strategies for effectively resolving ambiguity and ensuring clarity during change management initiatives.
