Speaker:

“There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure.” ― Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist. I've always wanted to become an alchemist, in a certain way I manage to get there.

My passion in life is transforming management and leadership beyond imagination. In the last 25 years, I had the opportunity to be in critical junctions of some known organizations to shape their future while enable them to shape mine. From saving people’s life while assisting a counter-terrorism organization, through helping organizations like SAP, Centrica, Gazprom, Krung Thai Bank, Gulf States, Toyota, and others. From collaborating with others, I've learned about dynamic systems. Using this knowledge, I created and inspired the creation of teams that reached unique results. During my journey, I learned how people, teams, and organizations work. I learned from science, observation, and hours of practicing different and unique management practices that yield some great results and glory failures. Over time, I found out that I created a framework that can transform people, groups, and companies. Based on the framework I developed over the years I formed Galaxies. A management consulting company that leverages Complex Adaptive System and system thinking to reveal challenges, opportunities and find solutions that leaders won’t see by themselves. Galaxies’ solutions transform leaders and organizations to deal with the worst villain - complexity.
