You’ll learn how to:
- Apply a five-step chunking loop (decompose → specify → generate → verify → integrate) to your real PM workflows
- Use schema-first prompts to create executive briefs and RAID updates with clear evidence vs. assumptions
- Run a “critic/red-team” pass on AI-generated artifacts to reduce rework and increase stakeholder trust
