Presentation Title: Navigating Healthcare Project Management

We all know that project management provides many advantages to a number of industries but how does this relate to healthcare? The healthcare industry is diverse and complex with consistent changes to technology, healthcare networks, and patient experience. Due to these constant changes, project managers need to implement a unique approach and think outside the box to implement successful projects. Additionally, compliance and regulatory rules along with healthcare data can make these projects challenging and difficult to navigate. The success or failure of healthcare projects will have a significant and lasting impact on patient lives. This presentation will cover key aspects and principles on planning and managing healthcare projects.
