LEARNING OBJECTIVES

When influence stalls, teams drift. In this interactive, in-person session, you’ll learn how fierce empathy turns resistance into progress—so you can keep momentum without burning people out. The program centers on Empathy with Intention, a practical framework that leaders are using to reduce “the overwhelm,” strengthen culture, and improve accountability.

What you’ll learn

  • Disarm emotional triggers and prevent toxicity using two reflection techniques.
  • Ignite positive climate change with one coaching strategy that prompts perspective shifts.
  • Apply all five elements of the Empathy with Intention framework to align and hold teams accountable.
