She serves as President of WiCyS Austin Affiliate, Board Member for SHI Women in Technology, and Chair of the Emerging Leaders Forum. Luz is known for championing diversity in cybersecurity, building inclusive professional spaces, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. A sought-after speaker, she brings both technical expertise and a passion for leadership development.
