She’s known for her inclusive leadership style, strategic vision, and commitment to mentoring emerging professionals. Janani also runs project mentorship programs at universities and founded Track to be Project Manager, a learning community for aspiring PMs. Outside work, she’s passionate about yoga, gardening, and nature.
