About the Speaker:
Victorious Eche brings over a decade of experience in project management, business strategy, and organizational transformation across the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She serves on the boards of Melanin Minds Matter, PMI Fort Worth, and Genehen, and is an active member of the Children’s Advocacy Fund and the Children’s Defense Fund Leadership Collective. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Business and Women’s Leadership at Texas Woman’s University, Victorious is passionate about empowering underrepresented communities and championing AI integration, inclusive leadership, and equity in project environments. Her speaking style is bold, authentic, and deeply rooted in real-world impact.
