Speaker Bio
Maryna Ienina
Maryna Ienina currently serves as the AM Academy Product and Partnership Manager at EOS of North America, a world leader in high-end additive manufacturing solutions. She is an integral part of the Additive Minds team, where she drives the development of training products and leads the digital transformation of AM education.
Holding PMP certification since 2019, Maryna excels in project management, encouraging innovative thinking and organizational improvements. She possesses triple master's degrees in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University, the Korea Institute of Science and Technology, and the National Technical University of Ukraine Polytechnic Institute. Maryna started her career in additive manufacturing as an Applications Engineer in July 2016 and has since been committed to advancing industrial 3D printing technologies through her role at EOS Additive Minds.
Recently, she addressed approximately 50 University of Illinois students about the impact of industrial 3D printing in academia, receiving highly positive feedback and student testimonials on the benefits of industry-academic collaborations. She also recently conducted an interactive training session for 10 learners, focusing on aligning the training with learner expectations and gathering insights through feedback. Earlier this year, Maryna stepped into the role of VP of Operations, where she shared her strategic goals with the board and chapter members at the March 2024 meeting.
