TITLE | Professional Development Revisited - An Evolution of Soft Skills for the Hybrid World |
Description of Presentation
|
In less than three years, workforce requirements have changed dramatically. Our new world consists of managing teams and projects across geographies, cultures, and language. Even those of us who have been working with remote teams for some time are finding that new “rules” apply to our soft skills - that is, our personal and professional development. Trevor will cover the breadth of soft skills needed for leadership and teams, and will outline recommendations and suggestions for the current world. He’ll offer practical tips and techniques on how to evolve from past thinking and teaching to be flexible and adaptable for today and tomorrow. |
