Managing Stakeholders Effectively in Project Management
In order to be an effective Project Manager, it is essential to understand the Stakeholder Management Process which includes Identifying Stakeholders, Stakeholder Analysis and Building a Risk Register. This discussion will focus on the real world advice that also coincides with our PMI processes.
Learning Objectives:
- To understand theory behind Stakeholder Management
- Practice Stakeholder Management Theories in the real world
- To understand how these theories and applications coincide with PMI’s standards

Tiffany Lemieux
Originally from New Orleans, Tiffany has spent more than 17 years working in Project Management. In the spirit of volunteerism and her desire to make a difference, she has established herself as a key stakeholder to drive change and enjoys coaching other Project Managers who are new to the field. Tiffany is a certified Project Management Professional and serves as Legal & Compliance Project Manager for Splash Financial. She is also the proud Founder of Lemieux’s Cleaning Company.
Tiffany is a second year MBA Student at St. Edward’s University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Orleans, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Edward’s University. Upon graduation, Tiffany plans to attend Law School. Her hobbies include playing piano and health & wellness. Tiffany looks forward to serving the Project Management Community and contributing to the profession through volunteerism and community engagement.
