Important Note: If you are a PMI member from another chapter, please register as a non-chapter member for this event and self-report your PDU credit. Also remember to use the same full name and email ID used for PMI membership.
Registration will be closed 3 hours before the event starts. A meeting link will be sent out before start time to the email address entered at the time of registration.
Virtual Event Price: $10 for members and $15 for non-members.

We will open at 5:30 PM; virtual attendees will have the opportunity to network on the Zoom amongst themselves.
6:15 – 6:30 pm : Message from our Chapter President & Chapter Updates (0.5 PDU Leadership)
6:30 – 7:30 pm : Project Management using Hybrid Project Delivery (1 PDU Technical)
Healthcare: Thriving in a Data-Driven World
Over the past few years, healthcare has gone through a digital transformation. But how do we as project managers navigate and thrive during this transformation to successfully execute data driven healthcare projects? Identifying and understanding healthcare data, expanding our knowledge area beyond project management and implementing best practices to minimize inherent healthcare data risks are key to navigating a healthcare-driven world.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify and understand different types of healthcare data sets and who they are for.
- Understand additional knowledge areas that are required to manage healthcare data projects
- Identify and implement best practices for your healthcare project to minimize and/or mitigate risks
Speakers:
Danielle Ellis Danielle Ellis is CEO of Insightful Planning, LLC a global B2B consulting company aimed at providing business planning and project management services to multiple sectors within the healthcare industry. As an accomplished healthcare project manager and advanced scrum master, Danielle has the expertise in leading digital health solutions, systems integrations and product launches, and process improvement projects within healthcare. She has a Master of Science in Molecular Pathology from Texas Tech Health Science Center and has worked in the laboratory, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries for the past 15 years. Outside of work, Danielle is passionate about volunteering and is an active member with the Red Cross. When not volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her family, loves live music and is an avid reader. |
