Healthcare: Thriving in a Data-Driven World

Over the past few years, healthcare has gone through a digital transformation. But how do we as project managers navigate and thrive during this transformation to successfully execute data driven healthcare projects? Identifying and understanding healthcare data, expanding our knowledge area beyond project management and implementing best practices to minimize inherent healthcare data risks are key to navigating a healthcare-driven world.

 Learning Objectives:

  • Identify and understand different types of healthcare data sets and who they are for.
  • Understand additional knowledge areas that are required to manage healthcare data projects
  • Identify and implement best practices for your healthcare project to minimize and/or mitigate risks
