Prioritizing Health for the Busy Professional
Professionals tend to focus on being productive workers for their respective companies. They work long hours on projects, preparing for meetings, and complying with deadlines. But, the discipline and work ethic given to their jobs rarely transfers to the one thing that matters the most – their health. It’s time to change that.
During this presentation, you will learn how to create a healthier, sustainable lifestyle for yourself and your colleagues. We will touch on different methods to successfully incorporate fitness into your busy schedule, how to make the best use of technology to reach your fitness goals, the problem and solution to most corporate wellness initiatives,in-home and office fitness spaces, and methods your company can incorporate to maximize wellness initiative participation.
Some of the topics discussed in this presentation will not be new to you. You already know the “who” and the “why”, but you need to identify the other Ws (when, where & what) and the H (how) to truly make a sustainable lifestyle change for yourself or to create an environment which supports a healthier lifestyle to include those around you. By the end of the presentation, you will be the messenger for a better lifestyle for yourself and the company you work for.
