Speaker:

Sarah Roche came to program management via every other job possible. Her current role as a Senior Team Manager for the Program Management team at Charles Schwab’s internal creative agency, C2, leverages the skills she built as a restaurant owner, writer, startup co-founder, digital strategist and ad hoc educator to manage a team of sixteen program managers through an ever-changing environment.
