Title: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and Allyship
DEI & Allyship – We are living in a time where Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) has become a focal point of business. Organizations are beginning to ask themselves if they are doing enough to combat cultural inequities. They purchase training in hopes that this will help solve he issues. But training is not enough. It’s time to reimagine DEI and its role in how we lead.
Key Takeway: Demystify DEI and the part it plays in the org. structure, understand why training is not enough, and where do we go from here.
