Presentation Title: A Framework for Selecting Your Project Approach - Waterfall vs Agile

In todays business climate the Project/Program Managers are being asked to choose between Waterfall or Agile for their projects where it is not all that clear what approach makes sense. Not only are the Project Managers expected to make that choice but they have to do it with some of the newest technologies, for example MS Teams. In this session learn a Framework to help you make those choices and how you can leverage technology such as MS Teams to manage your Waterfall Project and/or your Agile project.
