Caitlin Anderson and Seema Habash

We are Caitlin Anderson and Seema Habash, and we are the founders of Thinkly Solutions. We have 18+ combined years of experience in consulting, where we managed complex projects and led business process enhancements. We are Agile and Design Thinking certified and are skilled in bringing together cross-functional teams in remote and hybrid environments to reach the best outcomes.

Caitlin Anderson is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner. During Caitlin's time at Uber and IBM Consulting, she successfully led complex cross-functional initiatives. She has a proven track record of managing diverse teams and delivering results that exceed expectations. She worked in China as a participant in the IBM Corporate Service Corps. As part of this global leadership development program, she facilitated design thinking sessions and provided pro bono consulting services. Caitlin holds a BA in Economics from UVA.

Seema Habash is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner. While at IBM Consulting, Seema gained expertise in strategic consulting, designing and facilitating workshops, and conducting situation analysis. Throughout her experience in team leadership, she created environments that brought diverse perspectives together to come up with the best solutions that meet end-user needs. Seema holds a BS in Information Systems, BS in Marketing, and an MBA from UMD.
