Saturday, November 9: 7) Risk Management and 8) Quality Management
Saturday, November 16: 9) Procurement Management and 10) Communication Management, Stakeholder Management, and wrap up

All sessions meet 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a lunch break. Note that session topics may move day or time slots due to instructor availability.

Saturday exam preparation courses designed to help students pass PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP®) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) exam. The 40-hour course is taught over five Saturdays and meets the 35-hour requirement for PMP certification. We are updating our class materials based on the newly-released PMBOK® Guide 6th edition.

The course is taught by PMP® certified instructors from diverse backgrounds and industries. They provide an array of test-taking hints and views on project management. Attendees can participate in a review course with sample questions and scenarios likely to be encountered during the actual test.

If you are a PMI Austin Chapter member, have taken the Austin PMI Chapter Exam Prep course, and did not pass the PMP exam, you may audit the class at no additional charge. You can optionally purchase the newly updated PMBok 6 course materials for $200. When registering, select one of the Audit ticket types.
