She is the first licensed Professional Kanban Trainer in the Caribbean, and an Authorized Training Partner with the Project Management Institute. In 2021, Andrea founded the Bahamas Agile & Project Management Community (BAPMC). She is passionate about volunteerism and an active participant in diverse local and international roles. Andrea is an international speaker, embodying the belief that mindset transformation nurtures creativity. She was awarded the 2024 Agile Practitioner Impact Award, highlighting her significant contributions to the agile community and her dedication to advancing agile practices globally.
