Description
|
Best-in-breed solutions all have one thing in common – keeping the user at the core through every aspect of design. We need to ensure we're building the environment and supporting HR Technology ecosystem that employees look forward to engaging with each day. But how do we accomplish this seemingly insurmountable feat? Building habit loops that trigger consistent interactions, engaging users with tailored and relevant experiences and most importantly keeping the employee at the core of all that we do is key to a positive employee journey. User-led, human-centered design helps you accomplish just that. Join this session to learn how you can make your employees feel seen, heard and valued – inspiring them to make the decision to re-engage with your company day after day. You'll come away with actionable, practical steps to building your own user-led design, centered around your employees and be well on your way to a more positive experience. |
