We are living in a virtual world, and it does not appear that will be changing any time soon, therefore remote hiring is here to stay. Based on research, experience, and feedback from real hiring managers we will discuss ways to set yourself apart during online interviews and common misconceptions about interviewing virtually.

Amanda Hackley is a Business Development Manager with 7+ years of experience focusing on Client Delivery and Account Management in the Staffing and Recruiting Industry. She has been in management for most of her career as a Team Lead, managing a group of Account Managers and Recruiters, and currently managing a Recruitment Outsourcing project for a large client here in Austin. She focuses on staffing Project Managers, Product & Engineering roles, and Go- to-Market positions, which can range from Enterprise Sales to Production and Marketing. She enjoys building and training teams, managing projects, and helping candidates find their next job opportunity.
