Presentation Title: Learning Agility, Opportunities, and Resilience for the Project Knowledge Manager in the COVID-19 Era

In today’s world of breathtaking changes and disruptions, constant and quick learning of new things, openness to new ideas, risks, and adaptation are no longer optional, but necessary skills for the Project Manager. Learn or become irrelevant! Knowledge Café-style learning—and attitude are the university of the future; physical location alone, literature, and lectures will no longer hold project knowledge workers hostage.

COVID-19 has scrambled everything and the way we learn, share, and work—manage projects. How do we exchange knowledge on exciting lessons learned from disasters and disruptions, especially from large scale remote work? Virtual knowledge café? How well has it worked? Did people have access to others with the knowledge they needed? How well can virtual café present opportunities? Could PMs access the data, information, and tools they needed? What shifted in the cognitive dynamics, and what were the pros and cons of that shift? What is learning agility? What are the opportunities and resilience strategies in the COVID era for the project manager? These and more shall be unpacked during this exciting presentation.
