Virtual Lunch n Learn: "Actionable Feedback: How to Obtain It"
PMI Austin Chapter is always looking for new local charities to host our Lunch & Learn sessions. If you know of any charities to highlight, please email our Lunch & Learn Committee Chair at LunchNLearn@pmiaustin.org.
We will close registration 3 hours before the event starts. The meeting link and instructions will be emailed to you before the event to the email address entered at the time of registration.
Actionable Feedback: How to Obtain It
Asking how you did on something and hearing “good”, “great” or “not so well “ is not helpful in reinforcing or changing behaviors. If you want to improve your performance and meet others expectations; it is critical to ask the right questions and get actionable feedback. Diane will share some frameworks to help you get meaningful feedback so you know what behaviors to repeat and what changes are necessary for other behaviors.

- Review the feedback process
- Deep dive into feedback frameworks to obtain more actionable information
- Explore good questions
- Build out what next steps you should take

Diane Kenyon
Diane Kenyon actively Pays It Forward by career coaching individuals in transition, mentoring, participating in the Austin technology and non-profit communities. Diane is a Director for Project Services at Charles Schwab where she serves as a strengths coach and sponsors several non-profit relationships for Schwab. She is active with Austin Women in Technology, Innotech Austin, Society of Information Management, Austin Technology Council, and LinkedIn Local. Diane serves on the UT MIS Advisory Board and the Capital Area Technology Workforce Coalition Board for Workforce Solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Technology from Purdue University and a MBA from Kennesaw State University.
