Happy Holidays!

From the President

Peaches and Pancake – The Governor commissioned Amanda Dominguez (daughter of PMIA Officer Martha Evert) for a Christmas Card. While the Governor’s Christmas tree and staircases are grand, the spotlight went to his two dogs, Peaches and Pancake.

Mask – We have learned to manage this new accessory in 2020. What’s the most remarkable mask you have seen? I’d like to have one that I could safely drink through. Would you send me a note if you see one?

Indian Paint Brush – This pretty pink drink from the Garage was credited with cocking our morning board meeting off on a high note, a cheerful and long lasting one. Sharmila (seen here enjoying holiday treats) and Alphonso (seen here with a sparkly snowman) were still smiling a week after the meeting.

At this time of remembrance and gratitude, I’d like to extend a special thanks to you for being a member of PMI Austin Chapter (PMIA). As we faced a common existential threat together, the innate goodness in all of us has shined through simple acts that unite us in this community. May you have a wonderful holiday season with an abundance of health and happiness. Together, let’s take a glass of hope and paint a better 202One!

PM Best
