Presentation Title: The CEO Model: Connect, Educate, Offer. Build Momentum Through ConnectionThe CEO Model: Connect, Educate, Offer. Build Momentum Through Connection

In today’s dynamic social and business environment, it is just impossible to become an effective connector without being a great communicator. A great leader or manager thinks of his/or people as much more than just an expendable resource. Their presence provides a more authentic environment in which people really matter, building a foundation of trust, safety, and certainty. If we look back at some of the world’s most successful leaders, we’ll see that their ability to motivate others was exceptional. In this session, you will learn how to become an effective leader within your organization. We will discuss your ideas but do so in a way that increases the level of motivation and satisfaction for your team.

CONNECT. Learning to connect with people is the first step in this process. As humans, we need each other. We need to feel connected. Connection is the energy that exists when people feel supported, valued, and loved. Connecting allows you to build self-esteem and effectively inspire and motivate others.

EDUCATE. Once you’ve made a connection, the next step is to Educate. Education is essential. It’s important to give as many details about yourself or services as possible because you never know what may resonate with someone.

OFFER. The final step in this process is to offer. After establishing a connection, and educating your customer, you are now ready to offer.

About the Speaker: Ramin Jahedi

Ramin JahediRamin Jahedi is the founder of OpticTour Google Trusted Agency, and he serves as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. In addition to leading OpticTour, Ramin is a talk show host, speaker and a digital marketing consultant to many companies and provides coaching and consulting to top-level managers and executives. He is regarded for his out-of-the-box thinking and highly creative approach to addressing complex digital marketing and branding issues.

Prior to founding OpticTour, Ramin worked as a Chief Operating Officer for Carey International, one of the largest transportation companies, and also as a corporate consultant in service, management, and sales for Jack in the Box and Blockbuster Corporation. As a consultant, he saw the effects of "tunnel vision" where corporations tend to focus more on the bottom line than on the people who are managing it. By neglecting their lower-level employees, many large businesses miss out on the wellspring of potential that exists within each individual.

With a full range of management experience under his belt, Ramin set out to share his knowledge. He feels a sense of honored duty to help others to achieve the happiness he feels every day. Ramin thrives on inspiring others to never give up through helping organizations learn practical methods for motivating themselves towards ever increasing success.

Ramin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix School of Business.
