A graduate from Queen’s University, he has worked internationally with large organizations as a professional engineer and project manager for custom machine design projects. Alan holds a degree in engineering from Queen’s University and a masters in psychology from Adler University, giving him a well-balanced approach to the outer and inner challenges we all face. Building experience through a lifestyle of adventure and challenge, in the spring of 2008 Alan embarked on the journey of a lifetime: to attempt to reach the summit of Mount Everest. Along with three members of his immediate family, Alan climbed through some of the most challenging yet exciting conditions imaginable and set a world record when all four of them set foot on the summit. The expedition involved two years of planning and two months of climbing through immense challenges, but they were able to overcome these obstacles through strategic planning, healthy team dynamics, self-awareness and perseverance. Alan delivers a number of exciting presentations and training programs designed to help individuals, team members and organizations reach new heights in the way we think and the actions we take in order to achieve breakthrough performance.

Anthony AllyExecutives and managers rely on Anthony Ally to dramatically increase their profitable growth with unprecedented breakthrough strategies! He is uniquely qualified to understand business drivers and connect with advanced technologists! As one of the world’s cutting-edge technologists, he used to assume sales was someone else’s ‘job’ but when he solved ‘technical’ problems by uniting technologists with the highest objectives of other departments, he noticed how much higher value the company could deliver for clients.

Interestingly, Anthony was the Geek who couldn’t sell! He failed to close over 150 times until he uncovered ethical persuasion powers to not only land his 1st sale, but soon became the top sales rep in 4 states. He developed strategies and inspired organizations to double and quadruple their sales. After leading smaller companies to close their 1st multimillion-dollar contracts, he opened doors to 200 global contracts for multibillion-dollar corporations in 4 months! He also deployed some of the 1st technology breakthroughs for global technology leaders such as Microsoft & IBM.

His unique leadership model empowers technologists and engineers to form strategic business partnerships that ethically persuade through 4th level benefit focus. Additionally, PMI members especially appreciate how he transformed many project managers’ careers, helping them to achieve lifelong desired promotions that had eluded them for years. His unusual Agape Model include ‘Burn your resume 1st strategy’ and promoting clients to CEO roles! To enable more executives and managers to gain dramatic breakthroughs, he delivers keynotes for about 40 corporate and management events per year.
