Presentation Title: Building Cohesive and Inclusive Teams through Engagement

With today’s workforce, it is often assumed that cohesive, effective teams are difficult to build. But, with key concepts in mind, your team can thrive with members from different cultures, age groups, and genders. When all members of the team are engaged and included, productivity increases.

During this talk we will:

  • Provide an overview of how to engage all team members in order to increase performance by developing a cohesive and inclusive environment.
  • Explore what engagement looks like in your setting.
  • Identify engaged vs unengaged team members.
  • Examine practices to engage or re-engage team members.
  • Investigate case studies of inclusive teams
  • Discover tools, templates, and activities to use immediately in your workplace
