Presentation Title: Crucial Conversations Tools for Talking When Stakes Are High

Speak when you are angry and you will make the best speech you will ever regret; Anger is never without a reason but seldom a good one; Sometimes I get to a point of frustration then I become just silent. Does any of this resonate with you or your project stakeholders? Have you been in a place when team members are unapproachable? Then come to learn about what could possibly cause this and the tools to empower yourself to respond in a way that will yield the right results—neither confrontation nor surrender—a dialogue.
