Project Managers are always on the Go!  Join us for a Professional Development Seminar that will help you take your PM skills to the next level.  Well known keynote speaker, Bill Fournet, will start the day with PM: The Next Generation and will close with Staying Ahead of the Avalanche: Carving Out Time to Think.  The day will be filled with four tracks:

1) Go Agile - Have you heard about Agile?  Are you trying to implement it?  This track will explain Agile PM and how it is in line with the PMBOK, give you tips and tricks for implementing Agile PM and share best practices for using Agile PM.

2) Go Lead – Project Managers are leaders too!  This track will focus on leadership and skills for PMs and managing virtual teams.

3) Go Local – From marathon running to crisis communications, this track spotlights project management from Texas.

4) Go Future – Whether it is cybersecurity, competing with technology, or teaching the PMBOK to youngsters, preparing for the future is important for PMs.
