I am a chapter member and am not receiving emails from PMIA, what can I do?

Please verify the email you listed in the global site under myPMI.

If the email is correct then follow the below instructions. If you are having trouble receiving mail from your organization, a firewall or spam filtering service is likely the cause of the issue.  However, you can white list several domains and IP addresses to ensure safe delivery.  Depending on your e-mail service, you may be able to do this yourself, or you may need the assistance of your IT administrator.  We recommend that you visit the following site http://support.starchapter.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/164/4/white-listing-organization-mail to help ensure delivery.
